Siksha is a special wing shaped by Surendra Hemant Education & Social Welfare Society to manage and govern the ventures of the society as well as the internal management of the society. The Main Purpose of Siksha is to take care of the correspondence made by the society as well of its public relations with the surroundings which includes guiding students to follow the admission procedure, lending support in applying for the financial assistance from the banks, addressing Grievances of the students, etc.

Siksha is entitled to conduct counseling of the students for selection @ Shashi School Of Business & Media. It has created a pool of professionals who are dedicated to work with sincerity for the benefit of the students and thereby liberating the students from the various hurdles faced by them while taking admissions in the Institutions.

CAREER GUIDANCE and Counseling CELL ( CGCC)

The team of CGCC which is assisted by student representatives from all the department ( Mass Media & Management). The Head of Each Department & all other faculty members have extended their wholehearted support to the functioning of the CGC Team. The students of SSBM get placed in premier Indian and multinational companies and go on to attain prestigious positions.

Standard Counseling Service

One to one personalized counseling service provides an opportunity to explore problems with students & to listen in a non-directive i.e. supportive way and to facilitate the student’s own resources for change & resolution of difficulties that leads to a more creative self understanding.

To Arrange Personality Development Programs (PDP’s)

The chief ingredient of a successful career is often more than mere academic qualification . So, we support the development of communication & interpersonal interactive skills of the students. PDPs include Group Discussion, Aptitude Tests , Technical Presentation, Time Management, Managing Stress, Leadership Quality, Soft Skills, Effective Communication, Interview Skills ,Mock Technical , HR Interview & Performance Appraisal etc. are conducted to keep the students at their superlative form during their placement procedures & subsequent careers.To organize Job Readiness Training Programs (JRTPs ) for resume/C.V. preparation, development of professional attitude & image & job search skills.

Placement

The Placement procedure of the CGCC is assisted by student’s representative from all the department (Mass Media & Management) . The Head of each department & all other faculty members have extended their wholehearted support to the functioning of persistent Placement.

Placement Procedure

The Placement Officer under the guidance of the CGCC sends invitation letters to the selected organizations as well as the ones who have signed MOU with our college to recruit our students

After receiving the reply, CGCC forwards the details of the eligible students to the company.

A mutually convenient date is fixed for the campus visit. The recruitment process is completed in the campus itself.

Offer letters, complete in all respects, are sent to the CGCC to follow the set norms.
