All courses offered by UGC and DO NOT need any approval/ affiliation/ recognition/ permission from AICTE as per the judgment dated 24/09/2001 by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, case no. Appeal (Civil) 2056 of 1999, Bharathidasan University & Anr. vs. AICTE & ors.

According to the letter issued by the UGC to our College bearing No.F.1-2-/2009 (CPP-II ), the UGC has clearly stated that the degrees approved by the UGC of the college stands in the same category as that of any other AICTE approved institution

According to the gazette issued by HRD, all the degrees awarded by SSBM stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts & services under the State/Central Government as the degrees are recognized by UGC- AICTE-DEC approved universities.

The college plays no role in the process of loan approval as it is subject to completion of banking norms from the banking partner of the college.

All the degrees awarded are to be treated as any other traditional degree awarded in the country. All the courses are UGC approved & the examination will be held in the campus at their respective date.

ARP- For achieving 100 % ragging free session, we adhere to strict Anti Ragging Policy. Any student caught misbehaving with his/her subordinate or colleague or batch mates will face serious consequences. Ragging is a punishable offence. Indulging in any form of ragging may lead to imprisonment of rustication. Ragging is prohibited as per the decision of the supreme court of Indian Civil writ petition no. 656/1998. The ARP undertaking is to be signed during the admission of the student in SSBM.

GRIEVANCE’s CELL - The grievances cell of SSBM is formed to solve any sort of Inconveniences or Grievances faced by the apprentices by the apprentices during their association with the College. The issues will be dealt with care and confidentiality with respect to the issues. An officer will be assigned to curb and solve the issue.

All the students are required to maintain the minimum attendance required for being eligible for their university examinations.

Placement is subject to fulfillment of norms and regulations laid down by the organs of the CGCC.

The code of conduct is required to be followed while in the premises. No illegal and unjust activities are to be entertained in the campus.
